Malcolm McCollam received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and later earned his law degree from Washburn University.  He has been in private practice since 1982.

Malcolm's primary focus is on small to medium sized businesses, auto and sports injury cases, family law and mediation.  He is a founding member of Collaborative Lawyers of Oklahoma, a non-profit corporation founded by family law practitioners in Tulsa to help people resolve their cases in a dignified, respectful, cooperative manner without litigation.  Malcolm currently serves as president of the organization.

 

 

Malcolm is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.  He is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Kansas as well as United States District Courts in Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.
